Individuals, or companies, born in any Latin American country, who made significant innovative and creative contributions during the evaluation period, whether through a completed project or one in process, may participate.  Children of Latin Americans residing outside the region may apply.

Individual success will not be valued, but rather the creative and innovative contributions made to the community. There will be no discrimination due to race, gender, color or religious beliefs.
